No Pets Allowed Policy

To ensure the comfort, safety, and cleanliness of our rentals for all guests, pets are not permitted.

Service Animals Exception

We recognize and comply with all applicable laws regarding service animals. Guests with a qualified service animal, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), are welcome. Please note:

Service animals are not pets, and we do not charge any additional fees or deposits for them. Guests bringing a service animal must notify us prior to arrival to ensure appropriate accommodations. Service animals must be under control at all times, housebroken, and may not be left unattended in the home.

In accordance with the ADA, we may ask:

  1. Is the animal required because of a disability?

  2. What work or task has the animal been trained to perform?

Please note that emotional support animals (ESAs) are not recognized as service animals under federal ADA guidelines and are not permitted, unless otherwise required by state or local law.

If a Guest Brings a Pet

Bringing an unauthorized pet into the property is a violation of our rental agreement and may result in:

  • Immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund

  • A minimum $300 cleaning fee to address allergens and sanitation concerns

  • Additional charges for any damage caused by the animal

  • Potential refusal of future bookings

We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our pet-free policy. Our goal is to provide a clean, allergy-friendly space for all guests to enjoy.
